Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 16, 2026
Last Updated: August 16, 2026

910 Productions, LLC ("910 Productions," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit 910productionsfilms.com and our streaming platform at watch.910productionsfilms.com, and any related mobile applications (collectively, the "Site"), including when you shop in our online store (the "Store") or subscribe to or purchase content through our streaming service (the "Streaming Service") (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy applies to visitors, registered users, customers, and Streaming Service subscribers worldwide, including residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland ("EEA/UK") and residents of applicable U.S. states.

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any given time; material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date above and, where required by law, additional notice will be provided. We advise you to periodically review this page.

1. Information We Collect

  • a. Information You Provide Directly:
Account information: name, email address, username, password (stored in hashed form), and account preferences.
Order and shipping information: billing and shipping name, mailing address, phone number, and Order history.
Payment information: our payment processor collects and stores your payment card number, expiration date, and security code; we receive only limited, tokenized transaction data (such as the last four digits of your card, transaction amount, and authorization status) and do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
Streaming account information: billing details for Memberships and Digital Rentals/Purchases, watch-list selections, and any profile information you create.
Communications: messages you send to customer support, reviews, comments, or other content you submit.
Marketing preferences: email and, if you opt in, SMS contact information for newsletters and promotions.
  • b. Information Collected Automatically:
Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, and pages viewed.
Streaming usage data: titles viewed, watch duration, playback quality, timestamps, and interaction with Content on watch.910productionsfilms.com (used for recommendations, licensing/royalty reporting, and service performance).
Cookies and similar tracking technologies, as described in Section 4 below.
Approximate location derived from your IP address, used for content licensing/geofiltering, fraud prevention, and tax calculation.
  • c. Information From Third Parties: We may receive information from our payment processor (e.g., transaction confirmation), our streaming platform infrastructure provider, shipping carriers (delivery status), social media platforms (if you interact with us there or use social login), and analytics or advertising partners.
  • We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or health information through the Services, and you should not submit such information to us.
  • Note on the streaming subdomain: because watch.910productionsfilms.com and 910productionsfilms.com share the same root domain, an Account created on one may be used to access both the Store and the Streaming Service, and information collected on either property is treated as personal information under this single Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to: process and fulfill Orders, Memberships, and Digital Rentals/Purchases; create and manage your Account; provide customer support; personalize and recommend Content; operate, secure, and improve the Services; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with tax, accounting, licensing, and other legal obligations; send transactional communications (order confirmations, billing receipts, service notices); and, where you have consented or as otherwise permitted by law, send marketing communications about new releases, promotions, and merchandise.

Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK users): where GDPR applies, we process personal data based on performance of a contract with you (e.g., fulfilling an Order or Membership); our legitimate interests (e.g., securing the Services, preventing fraud, improving recommendations), balanced against your rights; your consent (e.g., marketing emails, non-essential cookies), which you may withdraw at any time; and compliance with legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting records).

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as follows:

  • Service providers/processors: our payment processor (e.g., Stripe), streaming platform and content-delivery infrastructure provider (e.g., MUVI and associated CDN/hosting partners powering watch.910productionsfilms.com), shipping and fulfillment carriers, email/SMS marketing platforms, customer support tools, and website analytics providers, each of whom is contractually restricted to using your information only to provide services to us.
  • Advertising and analytics partners: if you do not opt out, we may share limited identifiers (such as cookie IDs or hashed email addresses) with advertising and analytics partners to measure and deliver interest-based advertising. This activity may be considered a "share" or "sale" of personal information under some U.S. state privacy laws; see Section 8 for your opt-out rights.
  • Legal and safety: to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to enforce our Terms and Conditions; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of 910 Productions, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, in which case personal information may be transferred as a business asset.
  • With your direction or consent: for example, if you share content to a social media platform.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our third-party partners use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate core Site and Streaming Service functionality (e.g., keeping you logged in, remembering your cart, or resuming playback), measure and analyze traffic and viewing behavior, and, where permitted, deliver and measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required by law (including for EEA/UK visitors), we will request your consent via a cookie banner before setting non-essential cookies on either 910productionsfilms.com or watch.910productionsfilms.com. Blocking certain cookies may affect Site or Streaming Service functionality.

We honor the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") browser signal as a valid opt-out-of-sale/share request for browsers where it is enabled, consistent with applicable state law.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining your Account, providing the Services, complying with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Streaming usage data is generally retained for the length of your Account plus a limited period thereafter for licensing/royalty reconciliation and analytics, after which it is deleted or anonymized. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

6. Data Security

910 Productions is committed to protecting your data and keeping it confidential. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS), restricted access controls, and reliance on PCI-DSS compliant payment processors for card data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@910productions.com. Users between 13 and 18 may only use the Services, including making purchases or subscribing to the Streaming Service, with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

8. Your Privacy Rights — U.S. State Residents

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under applicable state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), and comparable laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, and Maryland (the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act), among others. Where applicable, these rights may include:

  • Right to Know/Access: the categories and/or specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
  • Right to Delete: request deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain legal exceptions (e.g., completing a transaction, fraud prevention, legal compliance).
  • Right to Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing and Targeted Advertising: opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects, and of the use of your data for cross-context behavioral/targeted advertising.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: where applicable (e.g., CCPA/CPRA), limit our use of sensitive personal information to purposes necessary to provide the Services.
  • Right to Portability: receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a privacy right, except as permitted by law.
  • Right to Appeal: in states that provide an appeal right, if we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by contacting us at privacy@910productions.com; where an appeal is denied, some states permit you to contact the state Attorney General.

How to Exercise Your Rights: submit a request to privacy@910productions.com or by mail to 910 Productions, LLC, 50 Scott Adam, Suite 207, Cockeysville, MD 21030. We will verify your identity using information reasonably matched to our records before fulfilling a request. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable once by an additional 45 days with notice to you).

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: to opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising, email privacy@910productions.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share," adjust cookie preferences through our cookie banner, or enable the Global Privacy Control signal in a supported browser.

Nevada Residents: Nevada law (NRS 603A) permits residents to opt out of the sale of certain "covered information" for monetary consideration. We do not currently sell covered information for monetary consideration as defined under Nevada law; you may still submit an opt-out preference request to privacy@910productions.com.

California Shine the Light: California residents may request, once per year, information about any personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

9. Your Privacy Rights — EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you; request rectification of inaccurate data; request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing and profiling; request data portability; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@910productions.com. We will respond within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests, as permitted under GDPR.

International Data Transfers: because 910 Productions is based in the United States, personal data from the EEA/UK/Switzerland is transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, including our streaming infrastructure provider that powers watch.910productionsfilms.com. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, where applicable).

10. Marketing Communications

If you have opted in to receive marketing emails or SMS messages, you may opt out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email, replying "STOP" to any marketing text message, or emailing privacy@910productions.com. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and, for SMS messages, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA") and applicable carrier requirements; message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional or account-related messages necessary to operate the Services.

11. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") signal. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, our Services do not currently respond differently to DNT browser signals; however, we do honor the Global Privacy Control as described in Sections 4 and 8 above.

12. Third-Party Links

The Services may link to third-party websites and services, including social media platforms and our payment processor, that are not owned or controlled by 910 Productions. This Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information to them.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date, and where required by law, we will provide additional notice (such as an email or prominent on-site notice) before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
